Filter element PL yellow 10". Mechanical water filter element with polyphosphate salts. This cold water filter provides water purification from mechanical impurities, rust and sediment. The polyphosphate salts contained in the filter element react with the calcium present in the water, transforming the chemical formula of limescale and softening the water, thereby protecting household appliances from limescale formation. This is the best water filter for a washing machine, water heater or other water heating device. Not recommended for drinking water. If there is a need to use the water for drinking, install a filter containing activated carbon after this filter element. Optimal water flow 12 l/min at a pressure of 2 bar, maximum flow rate ~50 l/min. Water flow resistance ~20%. Maximum water temperature 40℃. Retains contaminants up to 10 microns. Service life up to 20,000 litres.
