Forms a coating with high water and salt resistance.</p><u>Properties:</u><ul><li>Product intended for outdoor use</li><li>Solvent can be used for thinning and cleaning tools</li><li>Application by spray gun is permitted</li><li>Application by brush is permitted</li><li>Application by roller is permitted</li><li>Drying time 6 h</li><li>Coverage 7 - 11 m²/l</li></ul><u>Surface Preparation:</u><p>Before painting, dirt and rust must be removed from the surface. Surface degreasing must be performed. The enamel can be used on both previously primed and unprimed steel surfaces. Prior priming will in most cases improve the effectiveness of the protective coating.</p><u>Priming:</u><p>For priming steel surfaces, the primer EPOPRIM is recommended (1 – 2 coats with a total dry film thickness of up to 100 – 120 microns). For priming aluminium and galvanized surfaces, use primer VL–02 or EPOPRIM (1 coat with a dry film thickness of 40 - 50 microns).</p><u>Enamel Application:</u><p>Stir before use. Apply 2 coats of enamel onto previously primed surfaces using a brush, spray gun, or dipping method. When painting unprimed surfaces, apply the enamel in 3 coats. When using a brush, thinning is not necessary. When applying by spray gun or dipping method, thin the enamel to the optimal working viscosity by adding solvent SOLVEKS SPRINT or xylene: up to 25% when using the dipping method or up to 40% when applying by spray gun. During painting, the relative air humidity must not exceed 85%.</p>
