<p>Substrate for orchids (Phalaenopsis, Miltonia etc.) – a special mix based on vermicompost (organic fertilizer). The base of the mix consists of coarse pine bark and sand. It is fully ready for growing the mentioned orchids. The substrate components retain moisture while simultaneously ensuring air circulation. It contains no weed seeds, harmful microorganisms, and is free from chemically synthesized mineral fertilizers. Vermicompost provides plants with strong immunity, restores their natural fertility, and improves structure and health.</p><u>Repotting an orchid:</u><ul><li>Before repotting, water the plant and carefully remove it from the pot.</li><li>While protecting the plant's roots, remove the old substrate from them.</li><li>Cut off dried and rotten roots. Treat the cut areas with ground cinnamon, ash, or crushed charcoal.</li><li>Place the plant in a new pot and fill in the new substrate between its roots (without compressing them).</li><li>Place the repotted plant in a bright location, but not in direct sunlight. Begin watering only after one or two weeks.</li></ul><u>The substrate contains:</u><ul><li>N 80 – 120 mg/l</li><li>P 60 – 110 mg/l</li><li>K 120 – 180 mg/l</li><li>EC 0.8 – 1.2 millisiemens</li><li>pH (KCl) 5.4 – 6.2</li><li>Additionally contains: Ca, Mg, S, Fe, Cu, Zn, B, Cl, Mn</li></ul><p>Store in a dry place. Storage temperature from -25° to +40°C. Protect from direct sunlight.</p>
