<p>Universal glossy easy-to-apply alkyd enamel. PENTAPRIM enamel is intended for outdoor and indoor use. Suitable for painting wood and primed metal surfaces. Applicable for finishing both new, previously unpainted surfaces and surfaces painted with alkyd and uralkyd enamels. During application and drying of the enamel, the ambient air temperature and the temperature of the surface to be painted must not be lower than +5ºC, and the relative air humidity must not exceed 85%.</p><u>Properties:</u><ul><li>Product intended for indoor and outdoor use</li><li>Application by roller is permitted</li><li>Application by brush is permitted</li><li>Application by spray is permitted</li><li>Solvent can be used for thinning and tool cleaning</li><li>Dries in 24 h</li><li>Consumption 8 - 12 m²/l</li><li>Package volume 0.45 l</li><li>Color olive green</li></ul><u>Paint preparation for use:</u><p>Mix thoroughly before use. When applying with a brush or roller, thinning is usually not necessary. If necessary, thin to optimal working viscosity with white spirit or VAITSOL solvent — when applying with a roller or brush up to 4% by volume, when applying by spraying up to 10% by volume.</p><u>Surface preparation:</u><p>The surface must be dry and free from grease (oil stains), peeling paint, and dirt before painting. Previously painted glossy surfaces must be treated with sandpaper until the gloss is removed.</p><u>Surface priming:</u><p>Steel surfaces used in atmospheric conditions must be primed with primers GF-021, NOVAKOR, RIATOP PRIMER or NEOSPRINT PRIMER. Aluminium and galvanized surfaces must be primed with primers VL-02 or NEOSPRINT PRIMER. Previously unpainted wood surfaces used in atmospheric conditions must be treated with the colorless wood protection product TEKSTURDEKOR EC base or with the wood structure impregnation agent WOOD PROTECT GREEN, WOOD PROTECT BROWN.</p><u>Painting:</u><p>Apply the enamel in 1 – 2 coats, provided the ambient air temperature and the temperature of the surface to be painted is not lower than +5ºC and the relative air humidity is not greater than 85%. Apply with a brush, roller, spray gun, or airless spraying equipment (nozzle diameter 0.011" – 0.017"). During hot drying, the temperature must not exceed +80ºC. Consumption per coat 8 – 12 m²/l. Drying time at +20ºC temperature with a relative air humidity of 50% is no more than 24 hours.</p>
