Adhesive Montagekleber 310ml

<p>Universal mounting adhesive free of solvents. High initial adhesion. Designed for bonding polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, wood, plaster, cork, MDF, plastic, ceramic tiles, profiles, rosettes and decorative panels to wood, concrete, stone, plaster, plasterboard and chipboard. Not suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene surfaces. Can be painted with dispersion and alkyd paints. Not intended for prolonged moisture exposure. For indoor and outdoor use. Excellent adhesion to porous surfaces. Fills cracks. High tensile strength. Color white.</p><p>Consumption 310 ml – approx. 12 linear m, with a joint of 5 x 5 mm.</p><u>Substrate:</u><p>Substrates must be clean, dry, firm, load-bearing and degreased. Make glossy surfaces matt. At least one of the surfaces to be bonded must be absorbent so that the adhesive can dry. On absorbent and porous surfaces, prime the contact surfaces with Montage Kleber diluted with water (3 parts adhesive, 1 part water). When used outdoors, protect from rain for at least 2 days.</p><u>Application:</u><p>Before starting work, cut the cartridge cap up to the thread. Screw on the nozzle and cut it diagonally to the required joint width. Apply the adhesive in strips or dots to one of the surfaces. Press the part to be bonded evenly against the substrate. Fix heavy and flexible parts by loading or other means. Remove excess material immediately. Clean uncured material with water. Cured material can only be removed mechanically. Due to the wide range of applications, it is advisable to carry out a test before starting work. Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C.</p><u>Tool cleaning:</u><p>After finishing work, wash immediately with warm water.</p><u>Technical data:</u><ul><li>Base material - Acrylate dispersion</li><li>Application temperature +5°C to +40°C</li><li>Temperature resistance -25°C to +90°C</li><li>Skin formation approx. 10 – 15 min.</li><li>Curing time approx. 2 mm/24 h</li><li>Final strength reached after 72 h</li></ul>
