Aerated Concrete Block Bauroc Universal 300x200x600 1.44m3/pal40gb

Bauroc UNIVERSAL block with dimensions 300 × 200 × 600 mm is an excellent solution for the construction of load-bearing exterior and interior walls where additional thermal insulation is required. The block's universal nature also allows it to be used at 200 mm width by simply laying it on its side. A wall constructed in this way provides effective sound insulation and high fire resistance.
Advantages:

Suitable for load-bearing exterior and interior walls with or without additional insulation

Can also be used as a 200 mm wide block, optimizing consumption (5.6 pcs/m²)

Smooth surface facilitates masonry and finishing

Easy installation with a thin layer of adhesive mortar

Provides excellent sound insulation up to 47 dB

Fire reaction class A1, the material is completely non-combustible

Technical data:

Size (L x H x W) 300 × 200 × 600 mm (actual 299 × 199 × 599 mm)

Dry density 375 kg/m³ (±25 kg/m³)

Compressive strength 2.5 N/mm²

Thermal conductivity (λ10,dry) ≤ 0.090 W/m·K

Water vapour diffusion coefficient μ = 5/10

Shrinkage ≤ 0.3 mm/m

Frost resistance ≥ 35 cycles

Sound insulation index 47 dB

Adhesive consumption 6.5 – 7 kg/m² (depending on installation method)

Weight 18.2 kg/pc

Number of pieces per pallet 40 pcs

Price indicated per 1 pc.
