Aerosol Paint Hardcore 400ml Metallic Copper

Hardcore metallic paints are made with fast-drying, solvent-based acrylic resins and inorganic metallic pigments. They give painted surfaces a strong decorative metallic appearance. They are especially suitable for indoor use, as resistance to atmospheric conditions is low.
Properties:

Fast-drying

Flexible

Does not contain lead or other heavy metals

Metallic finish

Easy to apply and repaint with the same paint

Not resistant to abrasion

Low resistance to sun and rain

No anti-corrosion properties

Usage:

Shake the aerosol well before use, for approximately one minute after hearing the sound of the mixer.

Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Remove rust from rusted metal surfaces with a wire brush and, if necessary, prepare an anti-rust primer. Apply a primer coat on plastics and polyesters.

For best results, apply in thin layers. Three thin coats are always better than one thick one, and they can be repainted within fifteen minutes with the same paint.

Turn the aerosol upside down to clean the valve after use. If the nozzle becomes blocked, replace it with a new one.

Never use aerosol paint on devices that are connected to the power supply.

Use in well-ventilated areas.

Due to the properties of the pigments, these paints cannot be varnished or repainted with other solvent-based paints. They can be repainted with Montana paints.

Technical Data:

Dry to touch (ASTM D-1640 ISO 1517) after 10 min

Fully dry (ASTM D-1640 ISO 1517) after 24 h

Dry film thickness (ASTM D-823 ISO 2808) 15 microns per layer

Adhesion (ASTM D-3359 ISO 2409) 0 b

Consumption (continuous painting) 3 m² per 400 ml

Working temperature

Ambient +8°C

Surface from +5°C to +50°C

Maximum humidity 85% R.H.P

Heat resistance of dried paint +150°C
