The enhanced film elasticity completely prevents cracking and coating delamination due to atmospheric exposure, ensuring a long service life. The paint is characterized by good coverage and is non-drip during application. Tintable in a wide range of colour shades. If necessary, thin with water to working viscosity. Clean the surfaces to be painted from dirt and dust. When applying over previously painted surfaces, a test coat over a small area is required to assess inter-coat adhesion. In this case, light sanding of the surface to be painted with fine sandpaper is recommended to improve adhesion. Wood surfaces intended for outdoor use should be primed with the colourless semi-transparent alkyd wood paint TEKSTURDEKOR or TEKSTURDEKOR BASE before applying AKVATOP. Apply the paint onto clean, dry surfaces in 1 - 2 coats using a brush, roller, or spray gun. During application, as well as for twenty-four hours after application, the air and surface temperature must be no lower than +5°C, and the relative air humidity must be no higher than 85%.</p>
