Concrete Plasticizer Floormix 5L
FLOORMIX is a superplasticizing, water/cement ratio reducing chemical admixture, specially suited for concrete underfloor heating systems. It increases the thermal conductivity and mechanical strength of the floor material. An easily workable, plastic mass is obtained, and mass segregation (layering) is prevented, as the water content can be reduced by up to approximately 20%. The mass becomes more homogeneous with a tendency to compact. Floor leveling is easier and the surface is smoother. The result is a denser concrete structure with a smoother surface. Reducing the water content also reduces the risk of concrete cracking during curing. At a maximum dosage of 2%, the concrete consistency can be changed from the initial slump of 4 cm to a slump of 22 cm. The desired effect can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the admixture dosage accordingly. Can be used for all concreting work to plasticize concrete and increase its strength.
