Drywall Board 1.2x3.0 Fire-Resistant

The fire-resistant gypsum board is a high-quality interior finishing material designed for the construction of walls, partitions, and ceiling structures in areas where increased fire resistance is required. The board has a 12.5 mm thick specially treated gypsum core that provides resistance to high temperatures, while both sides are covered with grey-red cardboard that enhances visual quality and maintains a stable surface structure. This board is intended for rooms with relative humidity of up to 70%, providing a safe and effective solution for various dry construction projects. The material offers excellent sound insulation, thanks to the favourable weight-to-hardness ratio relative to thickness, making the board an ideal choice for both residential and commercial spaces. It is easy to cut, transport, and install, while the recessed longitudinal edges allow for the simple creation of smooth joints that can be finished with joint filler and paper tape. The surface is suitable for further finishing, such as painting or wallpapering, ensuring a high-quality and even result. The fire resistance class A2-s1, d0 confirms that the material is non-combustible and at high temperatures releases crystallised water, which increases the structure's protection against flames. The board retains its shape and performance even in challenging conditions, making it a reliable and functional solution. To ensure longevity, it must be protected from moisture during storage and kept on a flat, dry base.
Technical data:

Thickness 12.5 mm

Width 1200 mm

Length 3000 mm

Weight 11.10 kg/m2

Fire resistance class A2-s1, d0

Material core specially treated gypsum filling

Coating grey-red cardboard

Suitable for indoor use only with relative humidity of up to 70%
