<p>The mechanical filtration filter element is made from layers of non-woven polypropylene fabric. It removes undissolved contaminants and suspensions from water, protecting water equipment or subsequent filtration stages from sand and silt. The filter element has standard dimensions, allowing it to be used in water filters from other manufacturers as well.</p><p>Polypropylene filter elements provide filtration at 10 microns – this level of precision is typically used for filtering water from sediment impurities at main water connections. It can also be used in multi-stage water filters.</p><p>The filter element has a service life of up to 14,000 L or up to 6 months, with a maximum efficiency of 20 L/min. Height 10 inches, diameter 2.5 inches.</p>
