Floor Adhesive Floorfix Pro 10kg

Elvi pressure-sensitive adhesive Floorfix Pro is a professional-grade, water-based acrylic adhesive designed for removable floor coverings in heavily used indoor spaces. It forms a permanently tacky film that ensures secure fixation of carpet tiles, vinyl and PVC tiles, as well as LVT loose lay planks, while allowing the covering to be easily lifted and re-laid. This is particularly convenient during renovation or reconfiguration of offices, public spaces, and commercial premises. This floor covering fixation adhesive is suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, including existing PVC or linoleum flooring, provided the surface is properly prepared and cleaned of dirt and wax residues. High bonding strength combined with flexibility ensures the stability of the covering throughout its service life, while allowing it to be removed without excessive damage when needed. Elvi Floorfix Pro is a water-based adhesive free of solvents and 2-ethylhexanol with very low emissions, making it suitable for spaces with elevated air quality requirements – schools, offices, and healthcare facilities. The adhesive can be easily applied with a roller in a thin, even layer, allowed to dry to a tacky stage, and then the floor covering can be laid. Proper substrate preparation – dryness, levelness, and cleanliness – significantly increases bonding strength and extends the service life of the system.
Technical data:

Pressure-sensitive water-based acrylic adhesive

For indoor use

Application – carpet tiles, vinyl and PVC tiles, LVT loose lay planks

Suitable substrates – absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, existing PVC or linoleum flooring

Consumption 6 – 12 m²/l, depending on substrate and application method

Drying time to tackiness 35 – 60 min on absorbent surfaces, 1.5 – 2 h on non-absorbent surfaces

Maximum substrate relative humidity below 75%

Solvent water

Emission class M1

Storage temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C

Underfloor heating must be switched off 48 h before installation and may be gradually switched on after 7 days

Packaging 10 l/kg
