DEDRA DESMF08010 is a self-shielded welding wire with a 0.8 mm diameter, designed for MIG/MAG welding. This type of wire contains shielding materials that generate a protective gas during welding, thus eliminating the need for an external shielding gas such as argon or carbon dioxide. It is easy to use, speeds up the welding process, and is ideal for most steel components, but is not recommended for thin materials or locations with strong wind gusts that may affect the stability of the shielding gas. The wire is wound on a plastic spool with an outer diameter of 100 mm and an inner diameter of 16.5 mm.
