The film is moisture-resistant and wear-resistant.</p><p>Designed for the construction of horizontal insulation of foundations. Protects building foundations and other walls against capillary rise of water, preventing water penetration from the ground. By preventing water ingress from the outside, it protects the thermal insulation structure throughout the entire building. It can also be used as a moisture-resistant layer for the installation of wooden windows, and together with bitumen mass it is an excellent solution for connecting various types of insulation solutions.</p><p>Confol Alfa must be installed across the full width of the strip foundation with at least 20 cm overlap. A correctly installed film requires no additional adhesive at the joints, as the wall pressure is sufficient to ensure proper insulation due to the film's texture. The horizontal insulation layer should be slightly wider than the strip foundation.
