Imidasect Gel Syringe Ant Killer 10g

Target organisms - Pharaoh ants (Monomorium pharaonis), Argentine ants (Linepithema humile).

The active substance imidacloprid works by binding to insect neurons. This binding disrupts the transmission of nerve impulses, which is lethal to the target insect. Ants are attracted to the nutrients contained in the bait. Ants promote the spread of the gel as they move, thereby exposing other pests to its effects and causing poisoning through contact and as the gel is absorbed through their digestive tract regardless of their development stage (eggs, larvae, nymphs, pupae, imagos, adults).

Before use, eliminate all common ant food sources (waste, food residues, etc.) in pest gathering areas where possible, to encourage uptake of the gel bait. If ants are indoors, place the bait tray on ant trails, at entry points and near the nest. If ants are outdoors, place the bait tray on ant trails, at entry points and near the nest. Check bait trays once a week. During inspections, review the treated area and replace bait trays if necessary. Do not use the product on moisture-absorbing surfaces. Do not leave the product in direct sunlight or near heat sources (e.g., do not place directly under radiators). Do not use the product continuously. If, despite following the instructions on the product label, the ant infestation persists, contact a pest control specialist. The product intended for outdoor use may only be used on covered surfaces (not directly on soil). The product can be used for 2–3 months without replacing open bait trays or uneaten bait. Maximum 12 applications per year.
