Does not bolt. For a summer harvest, sow in a seedling tray in March or April. Grow seedlings for 40 - 45 days. Plant out in the field in May. Harvest at the end of June, in July. For an autumn harvest, sow in May or early June directly in the growing location. The autumn crop stores well. Water kohlrabi moderately, not allowing the plants to dry out.
