Mineral Wool Roll Isover Standard 42 (KT42) 50x1220x7000mm 17.08m2

ISOVER STANDARD ROLL 42 is a mineral wool roll designed for sound insulation of steel frame partition walls and horizontal thermal insulation of attics. It can also be used as sound and thermal insulation in other structures. The material is suitable for insulating wooden, metal, masonry and concrete structures.

STANDARD ROLL 42 material is air-permeable, fire-resistant, chemically neutral and contains no pesticides or allergens. It is durable, resistant to rot and decay, and does not harbour pests. STANDARD ROLL 42 has an optimised weight-to-density ratio, which makes the material a good sound insulator. ISOVER STANDARD ROLL 42 has received the highest emission class for construction products – M1. Class M1 represents the highest category of building materials, being the best of three material classes in this classification, and is a safe choice for people suffering from allergies and respiratory diseases.

The ISOVER STANDARD ROLL 42 insulation blanket can be installed between metal or wooden frame structures without additional fastening. It must be ensured that the insulation fills the entire space and gaps intended for it. The sheets should be fitted into the frame so that the thermal insulation is approximately 10–15 mm wider than the space to be filled. It can also be installed in structures without a frame, for example in suspended ceiling constructions or attic floor coverings as overlay thermal insulation. ISOVER STANDARD ROLL 42 is compressed in its packaging to up to a quarter of its usable volume, which facilitates the transportation and storage of the material.

When using ISOVER materials, the manufacturer's instructions regarding proper storage and installation of materials must be followed. When unpacked, insulation materials should be stored in a way that protects them from rain, wind, snow and sunlight.
Technical data:

Thermal conductivity 0.042 W/m.K

Fire reaction class/Euroclass A1

Density 10 kg/m³

Certification CE, EPD, M1

Dimensions 7000 x 1220 x 50 mm
