Mounting Foam Soudafoam Genius Gun Summer 300 ml

Soudal Soudafoam Genius Gun Summer is a high-quality polyurethane mounting foam with a patented Genius Gun applicator, providing exceptionally convenient, precise, and controlled application in various construction works. The Genius Gun system allows one-handed operation and offers the ability to pause and resume work at any time without worrying about nozzle clogging. This makes the product suitable for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts who value clean and safe use of mounting foam without additional tools. Soudafoam stands out with its stable foam structure and moisture polymerization mechanism, ensuring uniform, controlled expansion and excellent void filling. Thanks to its high elasticity and flexibility, the foam effectively compensates for movements of building materials, while providing quality thermal and acoustic insulation. The universal all-season formula allows work in a temperature range from -10 °C to +30 °C, which is especially important in Latvia's variable climatic conditions. The foam has excellent adhesion to materials used in construction and easily fills pipe entries, electrical conduits, bath and shower tray areas, wall and ceiling joints, as well as other applications where sealing and sound insulation are required. The product is solvent-free, has very low emissions with EC1R Plus certification, and provides a safe and long-lasting fill. The champagne-colored foam retains its shape after curing and can be processed with a knife or coated with finishing materials, while protecting it from UV radiation.
Technical data:

Base polyurethane

Surface skin formation approx. 8 min

Tack-free curing time approx. 20 min

Curing speed approx. 60 min at 30 mm depth

Foam yield approx. 45 l from 1000 ml

Structure closed cells

Density approx. 22 kg m³

Thermal resistance from -40 °C to +100 °C

Application working temperature from -10 °C to +30 °C

Fire resistance class B3

Water absorption 0.32 kg m²

Dimensional stability 1.7%

Compressive strength 74 kPa

Tensile strength 150 kPa

Color champagne
