Paint Hammerite Ultima Smooth 2.2L Grey

Hammerite Ultima Smooth is a next-generation gloss water-based paint for metal surfaces, providing the highest quality protection and outstanding aesthetic properties. This protective paint is a three-in-one solution that can be applied directly to rusted surfaces without prior priming, which significantly simplifies the painting process and reduces working time. The product is equipped with innovative Colour Lock technology, which protects pigments from colour changes caused by solar radiation and ensures long-lasting gloss retention and colour vibrancy. The paint forms a smooth, strong protective layer on the surface with an elegant gloss finish, characterised by excellent resistance to wear, scratches and impacts, as well as providing effective corrosion protection for up to 12 years. Hammerite Ultima Smooth is suitable for finishing various metal surfaces both indoors and outdoors, including posts, barriers, railings, garage doors, gates, downpipes and gutters, outdoor light fixtures, garden furniture and other metal accessories. The paint is suitable for finishing new and previously painted ferrous metal, aluminium, galvanised and brass surfaces. The product is ready to use, dries quickly and withstands high temperatures up to 80°C.
Technical data:

Application - exterior and interior

Binder - styrene acrylic

Gloss level - gloss

Colour - grey (RAL 7042)

Consumption per coat 7.5 m²/l

Touch dry after 1 - 2 h

Second coat can be applied after 4 h

Full hardness achieved after 2 weeks

Tools - brush, roller, sprayer

Tool cleaning with soapy water

VOC content maximum 60 g/l

Working temperature +10 to 30 °C

Relative air humidity less than 80%

Temperature resistance up to +80 °C

Packaging 2.2 l
