Paint Master Novus 2.5L Fast-Drying Semi-Matt

A water-based alkyd paint that is easy to apply to surfaces and highly workable. The paint can be used on wood and metal surfaces, for both interior and exterior work. It forms a wear-resistant coating on the surface that is easy to maintain during further use. Unlike solvent-based alkyd paints, "Master Novus" does not yellow over time and retains its original shade. The paint is available in two gloss levels – semi-matt and gloss. The paint is suitable for coating new and previously alkyd- or oil-painted wood and metal surfaces, as well as fibreboard and chipboard panels, for both interior and exterior use.
Application:
Apply 2 coats on previously untreated surfaces, and 1–2 coats on previously primed or painted surfaces. "Master Novus" paint is ready to use. Before use, stir the paint thoroughly. If necessary, the first coat can be thinned with clean water (up to 10% by volume); the final coat should be applied undiluted. Before applying the next coat, lightly sand the base surface with fine-grit sandpaper. Allow the surface to dry between coats as required. Large surfaces should be painted without interruption; breaks are only permissible at corners. Particular care should be taken when painting the ends and edges of wooden planks, as moisture penetrates the wood most intensively through these surfaces. Tools – brush, roller.
Product properties:

Sheen – semi-matt

Coverage 8 m²/l

Drying time 2–3 h

Number of coats 2

Very durable surface

Fast drying

Weather resistant

Volume 2.5 l
