Can also be used for painting ceilings in intensively used public spaces. Also suitable for painting textured acrylic and glass fibre wallpapers. Forms a deeply matte coating with moderate wash resistance. The paint (A base) can be used as white or tinted in light colour shades using the RILAKOLOR tinting system. If necessary, thin with water to working viscosity. Remove dust, dirt, chalk, previously applied adhesive paint or peeling old paint of another type from the surface to be painted. Surfaces previously painted with oil or alkyd paints should be sanded to achieve a light matte finish. Porous plaster and concrete surfaces are recommended to be primed with MOVILAT BASE, FORAKRIL BASE, AKROPRIM or with MOVILAT 3 paint itself, previously thinned with water by up to 15% of the paint volume. Apply 2 coats on previously unpainted surfaces. For the first coat, it is recommended to thin the paint with water by up to 10%. For previously painted surfaces, 1–2 coats are recommended. The air and surface temperature must be no lower than +5ºC and no higher than +30ºC.</p>
