<p>Fertilized special peat substrate for soil improvement for plants that require an acidic growing base: including alpine roses, conifers, hydrangeas, blueberry bushes.</p><p>Garden soil improvement: Nutro Garden rhododendron and conifer peat substrate can be used to improve soil quality in the garden where the soil is too alkaline (high soil pH level) and where acid-loving plants are grown.</p><p>Planting: Dig a hole approximately 50 cm deep – the excavated soil layer is then mixed together with Nutro Garden rhododendron and conifer peat substrate to create soil suitable for rhododendrons. If planting a rhododendron in sandy or clay soil, dig the hole approximately 70 cm deep.
