Roofing Felt Icopal ELASTOBIT PV TOP Surface Layer 7.5 m2 (20)

Icopal ELASTOBIT PV TOP surface layer is a premium quality SBS modified bitumen waterproofing material, designed as the final top layer in multi-layer roofing systems. This professional roofing material is reinforced with a durable polyester fabric and coated with blue mineral granules, providing excellent protection against UV radiation and atmospheric exposure. The product's unique SBS modification guarantees outstanding flexibility and adaptability to various temperatures, maintaining functional properties even in -20°C cold. High temperature resistance up to 100°C makes this roofing felt suitable for intense sun exposure and extreme climatic conditions. ELASTOBIT PV TOP stands out with high mechanical strength, capable of withstanding up to 900 N load in the longitudinal direction and 700 N in the transverse direction. The material's flexibility allows it to stretch up to 50% in both longitudinal and transverse directions without structural damage, which is particularly important in cases of building settlement and temperature fluctuations. The roofing felt provides reliable waterproofing with resistance up to 100 kPa water pressure and meets Class E fire safety requirements. The blue mineral coating not only protects against UV radiation but also enhances the aesthetic appearance of the roof and increases the surface reflectivity.
Technical data:

Length 7.5 m

Width 1 m

Coverage 7.5 m²

Surface mass 5.2 kg/m²

Flexibility at low temperature -20°C

Temperature resistance up to +100°C

Maximum tensile strength in longitudinal direction 900 N

Maximum tensile strength in transverse direction 700 N

Elongation at break 50%

Water impermeability 100 kPa

Fire safety class E

Polyester fabric reinforcement

Surface coating blue mineral granules
