Rust Converter P-1TE 1L
Rust converter. Material application: Intended for surface treatment before painting when rust cannot be technically removed or it is not practical to do so. The surface to be treated must be clean, free of oil and grease stains, with a continuous layer of rust that adheres well to the surface. The permissible rust layer thickness is up to 100 microns. 24 hours after treatment, prime the surface with Metalak rapid primer. If a loose layer of reaction products has formed on the surface, remove it with a metal wire brush before priming. The rust converter is not suitable for treating surfaces covered with corrosion products formed under the influence of high temperatures (scale, fire scale), for example during welding.
