Rust Converter R5 0.5L
<p>R5 rust converter designed for treating ferrous metal surfaces before painting, when it is not possible to completely clean the surface from oxidation (rust) products. Applicable when the rust layer thickness does not exceed 100 microns.</p><p>Instructions for use:<br>Mechanically clean the surface to be treated from the loose rust layer using a wire brush or other tool. If necessary, degrease the surface. Before use, mix the rust converter R5. Apply it to the surface with a brush or other suitable tool. The effect is indicated by the appearance of a grey-brown to blue-black shade. If during treatment the ambient and/or material surface temperature exceeds +25°C, for effective product performance, the treated surface must be moistened with water after 2 h. Painting may be carried out after 24 h. Before painting, it is recommended to clean the surface from loose reaction products and degrease with a solvent. Consumption 5 - 10 m<sup>2</sup>/l. Store in a sealed container at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from freezing.</p>
