Sheet PC MAKRO 76/18 Trapeze 2000x1045x0.8mm, Bronze

Gutta polycarbonate sheet in bronze color with a trapezoidal profile is an elegant and practical solution for creating various roofs and coverings. The bronze shade gives the sheet a warm, attractive appearance that blends perfectly with natural building materials and architectural elements. This color provides pleasant light filtration while maintaining sufficient illumination beneath the roof structure.

Polycarbonate material is recognized for its impact resistance and hail resistance, making this sheet particularly suitable for use in harsh weather conditions. The trapezoidal profile 76/18 provides additional structural strength and efficient water drainage. The sheet's surface is treated with a co-extruded UV protection layer that shields the material from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation and guarantees long-lasting color retention.

This polycarbonate sheet is ideally suited for carport roofs, veranda and terrace coverings, pergolas, and other structures around the home. The trapezoidal shape allows easy installation of sheets onto various types of load-bearing structures using standard screws and spacers. The lightness and flexibility of the material ease transportation and handling.
Technical data:

Material polycarbonate PC

Color bronze

Profile variant trapeze 76/18

Material thickness 0.8 mm

Dimensions (L x W) 2000 x 1045 mm

Usable width 970 mm

Temperature resistance from -40 to +120°C

Specific density value 1.20 g cm³

Light transmission approx. 32%

Linear thermal expansion 0.065 mm/m °C

Minimum roof pitch 7°

Thermal conductivity 0.20 W/mK

Tensile elongation 6 - 8%

Flexural strength 93.00 MPa

E-modulus 2300 MPa

Impact resistance according to Charpy method above 50 kJ/m²

Fire reaction class E (DIN EN 13501-1)

Heat capacity 1.30 J/gK

Recommended substructure batten size 40 x 60 mm
