Spinach Seeds Matador.<br>A popular spinach variety. Reaches maturity 45 - 50 days after sowing. Leaves are large, oval, slightly wavy, dark green in colour. Spinach seeds are sown in April, May or August at a depth of 1 - 2 cm in rows 30 - 40 cm apart, 300 - 500 seeds per m<sup>2</sup>, seeds germinate in 7 - 14 days. The variety is resistant to bolting. Grows well in fertile, moist soil. Can be grown in a greenhouse during winter. A dietary product with medicinal properties, containing a very high content of vitamins – E, K, PP, P, A, C, B2, B6, carotene, and folic acid. Spinach is highly recommended for conditions such as anaemia, diabetes, lung and respiratory tract inflammation, hypertension, tuberculosis, and nervous system disorders.
