<p>Ceresit waterproofing reinforcement fabric CL 252 is a durable and flexible reinforcing material designed for wet and water-loaded areas where additional waterproofing protection and joint reinforcement are required. This non-woven polypropylene fabric is used together with Ceresit CL 50 and CL 51 waterproofing compounds to reliably reinforce room corners, expansion joints, and edge connections. It ensures a long-lasting and mechanically stable bond that protects the structure from cracks and moisture penetration.</p><p>CL 252 is suitable for interior use, including bathrooms, showers, toilets, and kitchens, where waterproofing requirements are particularly high. The product is easy to apply and bonds well with waterproofing layers, forming a uniform protection against water-induced deformations. The flexibility of the fabric allows it to be easily inserted into corners and complex joints, ensuring a continuous waterproofing barrier.</p><p>The application process is straightforward: strips of the required length are embedded into the still-fresh waterproofing compound and carefully pressed in, ensuring at least 5 cm overlap at joints. Once all joints and elements are secured, the surface is recoated with the waterproofing compound in two layers.
