Tenapors Termo Compact 38x800x1100mm for Warm Floors (10)

Foam polystyrene boards designed for the installation of underfloor water heating systems. The upper surface of TENAPORS TERMO COMPACT boards features a relief pattern that allows easy installation of underfloor heating pipes with a diameter of 14 to 17 mm. The pipe spacing can be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 cm, etc. The boards have a special polymer coating. The polymer surface layer further reduces the effect of water on the thermal properties of the boards during floor concreting. The boards are made of durable EPS 150 material.
Advantages:

Significantly reduced water absorption, providing stable thermal performance in wet and damp structures

Reduced heat loss at joints due to half-tongue or lap edge connection

Very lightweight products – easy installation, no significant load on the building structure

Ability to bend pipes according to various laying patterns and place them at different spacings as allowed by the board relief

Possibility to save costs by not using floor vapour barrier with TENAPORS TERMO boards

Possibility of short-term storage on the construction site without protection from precipitation

Chemically resistant to weak aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts

Technical Data:

Thermal conductivity coefficient ≤0.034 W/m*K

Compressive stress ≥40.9 kPa

Tensile strength ≥150 kPa

Long-term water absorption ≤5%

Board dimensions 1100 x 800 x 38 mm
