<p>Water-based wood oil Wood Decor for decorative finishing and protection of exterior wood surfaces. Contains functional additives that prevent the formation of moss, mould and fungus on wood surfaces. Absorbs well without forming a continuous surface film, keeping wood pores open, allowing the wood to breathe and retain natural moisture. Wear-resistant. Protects wood from negative atmospheric influences. Provides the surface with moisture resistance, dirt-repelling properties and a pleasant sheen. Reduces wood cracking. Used for new or previously oiled wood surfaces such as terraces, canopies, garden furniture, fences, etc. Not suitable for non-absorbent surfaces. Colour – brown, volume 9 l.</p><u>Application:</u><p>The surface must be dry (moisture content less than 18%), completely cleaned of old paint, varnish, dirt, dust, moss, etc. Pressure-treated wood is recommended to be oiled after 6 months.<br>Before use and during application, the oil must be stirred. Do not dilute. Apply 1–2 coats with a brush or applicator evenly along the wood grain. Carefully treat the ends and surfaces exposed to moisture. After 15–20 minutes, remove any unabsorbed oil from the surface with a cloth. Apply the second coat a few hours after the previous coat has been absorbed. The final shade of the treated surface depends on the porosity, wood colour and the number of coats applied. Surfaces exposed to weather conditions and heavy use throughout the year should be renewed annually if necessary.<br>Application conditions – temperature from +5 to +30 °C, air humidity below 80%.<br>Coverage 8–13 m²/l. Drying time 16–24 h (+23°C, 50%); drying time is affected by surface porosity and coat thickness.<br>The treated surface reaches wear resistance after 1–2 weeks. For cleaning soiled and dirty surfaces, we recommend using Terrace Clean.</p>
