<p>The KD1860 welding machine is a versatile device used for welding stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper and other non-ferrous metals. Various types of acidic, basic and cellulose electrodes can be used. The high-efficiency inverter ensures a stable electric arc. The power source, consisting of a high-performance IGBT rectifier (a newer continuation of MOSFET technology), ensures low device weight and high reliability. The KD1860 welder uses advanced PWM welding technology. PWM technology allows the generation of powerful electrical energy used for welding and cutting. Using this technology, the weight and volume of the central transformer are significantly reduced, and efficiency improves by more than 30%. The device uses a contactless (HF) arc ignition principle. Thanks to the ability to be powered from the mains or a generator, MMA 330A IGBT devices are ideally suited for field work, even with long power cables. The lightweight, compact design makes the device extremely mobile and allows working in extremely hard-to-reach places.
