<p>A single-component elastic bitumen compound modified with synthetic rubber on a solvent base. The mastic contains special resins and chemical elements that improve the adhesion of the waterproofing layer to various surfaces, and also allow the material to be used on slightly damp surfaces. The rubber content promotes the formation of a high-quality elastic bitumen layer with a high level of adhesion to the substrate. It compensates for substrate movement and prevents the formation of micro-cracks. The layer is fully resistant to water, weak acids and alkalis. It penetrates deeply into the old roofing felt layer, restoring its elasticity and forming a new protective coating on its surface. The product contains an organic solvent.
