Bitumen-Rubber Mastic 20kg Nexler Dk

A single-component flexible bitumen compound modified with synthetic rubber on a solvent base. The mastic contains special resins and chemical elements that improve the adhesion of the waterproofing layer to various surfaces, and also allow the material to be used on slightly damp surfaces. The rubber content promotes the formation of a high-quality flexible bitumen layer with a high level of adhesion to the substrate. It compensates for substrate movement and prevents the formation of micro-cracks. The layer is fully resistant to water, weak acids and alkalis. It penetrates deeply into the old roofing felt layer, restoring its elasticity and forming a new protective coating on its surface. The product contains an organic solvent. The product is used for all types of waterproofing work – preservation and restoration of roofing felt coverings, seamless waterproofing of structures, continuous waterproofing on roofing and non-roofing surfaces, waterproofing of underground parts of buildings, as well as reservoirs containing technical water.
Technical data:

Color – black

Single layer thickness 0.5 – 0.8 mm

Drying time – partially dry 6 hours, dry 24 hours

Number of layers 2 – 4

Dry residue 70%

Consumption 0.5 – 0.8 kg/m² per layer

Substrate and ambient temperature during application from -15 °C to +35 °C

Application method brush, sprayer

Store and transport in dry, cool conditions at temperatures above +5 °C

Clean tools with petrol, organic solvent

Weight 20 kg
