Drywall Floor Panel Knauf 0.9x2.0

Knauf Brown is a durable special gypsum board designed for floor construction in dry construction systems. It provides high load-bearing capacity, excellent impact sound insulation, and stability even in variable climatic conditions. Knauf Brown boards are used for floor construction in residential and commercial spaces – in heated floors, as a floor base under parquet, PVC, linoleum or tiles (max. size: 330 x 330 mm), in kitchens, bathrooms and rooms with high performance requirements, in retail spaces and halls up to 50 m². The boards must be installed in two layers to avoid cross-shaped joints. The boards must be glued with moisture-resistant Knauf Brown Kleber adhesive and screwed together. Processing must be carried out in accordance with Knauf dry construction system guidelines, ensuring proper assembly and bonding of the boards.
Technical data:

Edge type VK

Type DFIR (LVS EN 520), GKF (DIN 18180)

Fire reaction class A2-s1,d0

Water vapour diffusion coefficient μ dry 10, wet 4

Thermal conductivity λ 0.25 W/(m·K)

Density ≥ 960 kg/m³

Board weight ≥ 12 kg/m²

Board dimensions 900 x 2000 x 12.5 mm

Features and benefits:

Suitable for heavy loads and placement of heavy objects

High impact sound insulation

Low risk of swelling and shrinkage

Easy processing and installation

Non-combustible, suitable for high safety requirements

Resistant to wear and prolonged loading
