Foam 750ml All Purpose 165 Gunfoam Winter

Professional winter gun foam for most sealing and filling applications in construction, e.g., installation of window and door frames, sealing of joints and penetrations, thermal and sound insulation. Good adhesion to most materials – wood, concrete, stone, gypsum, metal, PVC and polystyrene.
Advantages:

High thermal and sound insulation

Low pressure during curing and moderate secondary expansion prevent deformation of building elements

High mechanical strength

Suitable for use at low temperatures, from -10°C to +30°C

Application:

Installation and insulation of doors and windows in cold weather conditions

Pipe insulation and fixation

Filling of holes and gaps, joint insulation

Thermal and sound insulation

Adhesion:

Wood

Concrete

Masonry

Bricks

Most metals

Gypsum boards

EPS

Roof tiles

Usage:
Ambient temperature during application from -10°C to +30°C. Make sure the ambient temperature remains within this range until the foam has fully cured. Cylinder temperature during application from +5°C to +25°C, best results at +20°C. Before use, store the cylinder at a temperature of +15 to +20°C for at least 6 hours to achieve maximum yield and optimal physical and mechanical properties.

Clean surfaces from dust, dirt and oil stains. Moisten dry substrates by spraying with water (only at temperatures above zero) for better results. Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material. If necessary, use additional weather protection (rain, wind, etc.) for outdoor applications.

Shake the foam cylinder thoroughly at least 20 times. Remove the cap. Hold the foam cylinder in a vertical position with the valve facing up. Firmly screw the foam cylinder onto the gun, holding the gun handle with one hand and screwing the cylinder with the other. Make sure the gun is not pointed at people. Avoid screwing the cylinder onto the gun with the valve facing down. Do not screw the gun onto the cylinder. Do not bend or rotate the cylinder during attachment. The working position of the cylinder after attachment is upside down. Foam output can be regulated with the gun trigger and adjustment screw.

Fill the joint area approximately 65%, as the foam expands. When filling larger joints, apply the foam in multiple layers and moisten the foam between layers for better results. After curing, cut off excess foam.

Use Penosil Foam Cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam. Hands, clothing and the foam gun can also be cleaned from uncured foam using Penosil Cleaning Wipes. Cured foam can be removed mechanically after softening with Penosil Foam Remover.
Recommendations:

Do not use on surfaces in permanent contact with water

Insulation foam does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces

Cured foam is sensitive to UV light and direct sunlight, therefore it is recommended to cover it with a suitable opaque sealant, filler, paint or other material (do not cover the foam before it has fully cured)
