Horizontal Foundation Damp Proof Course 0.365x50m

Horizontal waterproofing membrane for protection of foundations and walls against capillary moisture. The film is moisture resistant and wear resistant.

Designed for the construction of horizontal insulation of foundations. Protects building foundations and other walls against capillary rise of water, preventing water ingress from the ground. By preventing water ingress from the outside, it protects the thermal insulation structure throughout the entire house. It can also be used as a moisture-resistant layer for the installation of wooden windows, and together with bitumen compound it is an excellent solution for joining various types of insulation solutions.

Confol Alfa must be installed across the full width of the strip foundation with a minimum overlap of 20 cm. A correctly installed film does not require additional adhesion at joints, as the wall pressure is sufficient to ensure proper insulation due to the film's relief texture. The horizontal insulation layer should be slightly wider than the strip foundation. This prevents accidental water migration.
Technical data:

Thickness - 0.40 mm

Size 0.365 x 50 m

Colour black

Tensile strength longitudinal - N/5 cm ≥150

Tensile strength transverse - N/5 cm ≥120

UV resistant

Thermal resistance -34°C to +80°C
