Imidasect Gel Bait Station for Cockroaches 1.4g
<p>Target organisms - German cockroach (Blatella germanica) and Oriental cockroach (Blatta orientalis). </p><p>The active substance imidacloprid works by binding to the neurons of the insect. This binding causes disruptions in nerve impulse transmission, which is lethal to the target insect. Cockroaches are attracted by the nutrients contained in the bait. Cockroaches promote the spread of the gel by moving around, thereby exposing other pests to its effects and causing poisoning through contact and absorption through their digestive tract.</p><p>Under normal conditions, the bait stations retain their effectiveness and appealing taste for at least 2 months.</p><p>IMIDASECT is suitable for pest control in places such as homes, apartment basements, public buildings, cultural institutions, cinemas, churches, retail spaces, hotels, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, nursing homes, care facilities, public bathing areas, vehicles (ships, trains, aircraft), storage rooms, industrial warehouses, etc., and outdoors as a barrier around buildings at possible cockroach entry points (e.g., windows, doors, ventilation openings).</p><p>Before use, eliminate all common cockroach food sources (waste, food scraps, etc.) in pest gathering areas to encourage gel bait consumption. Apply the bait in designated areas, including between food sources, as well as in warm (<50 °C) and moist hidden spots (corners, gaps, cracks, on air pipes, behind skirting boards and appliances, on pipelines, near water sources, etc.). During inspections, review the treated area and reapply fresh bait as needed, as cockroaches leave secretions and droppings that attract other members of the species. Dried-out gel bait stations must be replaced to keep the product attractive to pests.</p><p>When using outdoors, place bait stations only on hard surfaces, such as terraces or paved courtyards.</p>
