Insulation Dowel WKTHERM S 8x255 Metal Nail with Cap
The WKTHERM S 8 x 255 mm dowel with metal nail and cap is a screw-in facade insulation anchor designed for the installation of expanded polystyrene and mineral wool in ETICS systems, in accordance with ETAG 014 requirements. The innovative design with a short expansion zone and a pressure disc with adhesive pockets ensures improved adhesive bonding and high load resistance. The metal nail head with plastic coating reduces point thermal conductivity (0.002 W/K), which improves wall thermal insulation and protects the nail from corrosion. Installation can be surface-mounted or countersunk. Base materials – concrete, solid and perforated bricks, lightweight concrete and aerated concrete blocks (AAC), in accordance with ETAG 014. Material – polypropylene / glass fibre reinforced plastic / metal.
