<p>Semi-matt (20), washable (Class 1 according to EN 13300) water-based paint for interior use. The paint is suitable for rooms where high abrasion resistance and moisture resistance are required. The surface painted with Wall 20 is resistant to stains and does not lose its tone after cleaning. The paint has been awarded the Nordic Ecolabel and is recommended by the Latvian Asthma and Allergy Association. The product contains a minimal amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Exceptionally resistant to washing, repels dirt.</p><u>Technical Data:</u><ul><li>Recommended use for interiors</li><li>Consumption 7 - 12 m²/l</li><li>Sheen - semi-matt</li><li>Application method - airless sprayer, brush, roller</li><li>Application conditions - the surface must be clean and dry, air temperature above +5°C, relative air humidity below 80%, avoid draughts and high temperatures during painting</li><li>Drying time (23°C, relative air humidity 50%) - touch dry after 0.50 h, can be repainted after 2 h</li><li>Binder - styrene acrylate</li><li>Volume 0.9 l</li></ul><u>Surface Preparation:</u><p>Unpainted surfaces:<br>Clean the surface of dust and dirt. Fill uneven surfaces with a suitable Vivacolor series filler. Sand the surface and remove sanding dust. Prime spackled, porous or unevenly absorbent surfaces, as well as fibreboard or cardboard surfaces, with water-based primer Primer 1. Prime metal surfaces (e.g. nail heads) with a suitable metal primer Universal Korrostop or another suitable anti-corrosion primer. Prime surfaces that have been filled with chalk-based filler with alkyd primer Special Primer. When using a primer, follow the product instructions. Using a primer reduces paint consumption and improves adhesion between the surface and the paint.</p><p>Previously painted surfaces:<br>Remove the old, flaking paint layer from the surface. Wash the surface with cleaning agent Special Clean, rinse with water and allow to dry. Sand glossy and hard surfaces to a matt finish and remove sanding dust. Prime poorly bonded and dusty surfaces with alkyd primer Special Primer. To fill cracks and cavities, use a suitable Vivacolor series filler, sand the surface and remove sanding dust. Prime filled surfaces with water-based primer Primer 1.</p><u>Application:</u><p>Before painting, thoroughly stir Wall 20 paint and, if necessary, dilute with water by up to 10% by volume. To achieve a uniform coating and avoid colour differences, mix the required amount of paint in one container. Apply 1 - 2 coats with a roller, brush or sprayer.</p>
