Peat Substrate 250L Uni20
Uni 20 substrate is a ready-made peat mixture with a fine structure (0 - 10 mm), which is ideally suited for growing various young seedlings and ornamental plants.<br>The fine structure of the substrate can be used in pot planting machines (e.g. paper pots).<br>The main component of the substrate is shredded lump peat fraction 0 - 10 mm (70%), black peat (30%) and clay (20 kg/m<sup>3</sup>). Uni 20 substrate mixture 1 has a medium fertilizer content – 1.0 kg PG-Mix 14:16:18 /m<sup>3</sup> of substrate. In addition to the base fertilizer, a micro fertilizer has also been added to the substrate. Light peat ensures good water absorption capacity and aeration of the substrate. The added special clay granules are a fertilizing agent that improves better nutrient exchange. As a result, the elevated nutrient dosage in the clay is absorbed and later released.<br>Limestone flour is used to adjust the pH level of the substrate. Uni 20 substrate mixture has medium acidity – pH (CaCl<sub>2</sub>) 5.5 - 6.5.<br>To improve the water absorption capacity of the substrate, a (hygroscopic) special chemical compound Instants -Aqua Flow (wetting agent) has been added to the substrate.
