PVC Window Profile with Fibreglass Mesh 6x100x2400mm
<p>The profile with reinforcement mesh and TPE sealing strip is used to connect the window and/or door frame to the composite thermal insulation system. It protects the window or door frame from mechanical damage and dirt during plastering work, prevents finishing plaster from getting onto the window or door frame, and helps prevent cracks. It creates a flexible connection between the insulation system and the window and door frame. Size 6 x 100 x 2400 mm.</p><p>The window connection profile is glued to the substrate after the installation of insulation boards. Before installing the self-adhesive window connection profile, ensure that the surface to which the profile is attached is flat and clean (not greasy, dirty, dusty, sooty, mossy, etc.). If necessary, clean the bonding surface before installing the profile. The window profile must be installed and pressed from top to bottom, pressing the profile firmly along its entire length. The fibreglass mesh attached to the profile must remain fully embedded in the reinforcement compound used. The plaster and finishing layer must not exceed the line marking the removal point of the plastic protective strip. The plastic protective strip, to which the window protective film is attached, must be carefully removed only after the plaster and finishing coat has dried. When using the product, the outdoor temperature as well as the surface temperature of the window or door frame must not be lower than +5°C or higher than +40°C. When used at temperatures lower than recommended, initial weaker adhesion and longer bonding time should be taken into account. Window connection profiles must not be stored or transported in a coiled or bent position, as this may cause permanent deformation and release of the adhesive bond. The optimal storage temperature for the products is from -5°C to +40°C. Products must be stored horizontally, protected from moisture, prolonged sunlight, and mechanical load.</p>
