The nozzle should be cut so that a sufficient opening for dispensing is formed. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the applicator with sealant by pressing the trigger mechanism of the gun several times. Apply the sealant to the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger and smoothly drawing the applicator along the joint. Remove excess sealant.Recommendations:<ul><li>Surfaces must be clean, free from contaminants such as polish, dust, grease and old sealants, and ideally dry</li><li>Surfaces may be damp but not wet, and sealant should not be applied in rainy conditions</li><li>Painted surfaces must be fully dried and undamaged</li><li>Suitable for sealing many building materials, but a prior compatibility test is recommended</li><li>After the surface has been prepared, apply with a sealant gun, and remove any uncured product with white spirit. Cured sealant must be scraped off.</li><li>Do not use as a glazing sealant, on bituminous surfaces or on building materials that may release oils, plasticisers or solvents (e.g. natural or synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM or flexible PVC)</li><li>Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE (Teflon®)</li><li>As a wide variety of substrates is possible, a prior compatibility test is recommended</li></ul>
