<p>Putty compound based on vinyl acetate–acrylate copolymer. Intended for interior finishing work to level surfaces of concrete, lightweight concrete, plaster, gypsum, and plasterboard before painting and wallpapering. Easy to apply and sands well.</p><u>Surface preparation:</u><p>Any loose surface layer must be removed; porous and highly moisture-absorbent surfaces must be primed with ELVI TPB–5, A–05 or another priming agent before applying the filler.</p><u>Surface treatment:</u><p>Apply the putty compound with a spatula onto a clean, dry, hard surface. Apply the next layer of putty compound only after the previous layer has dried completely and sanded areas have been primed.
