Foam Makroflex GreenQ Gun Foam 750ml BAL

A one-component, moisture-curing, semi-rigid polyurethane foam with a good balance of open and closed cells. The product is easy to use and apply with a special foam gun. For best results, please use a gun that has been tested and approved by the product manufacturer. The foam expands on its own and increases its initial volume by half during curing. The post-expansion and curing pressure is balanced to improve ease of use and precise dosing. The foam adheres excellently to most construction materials such as wood, concrete, stone, metal, and others. Some metal surfaces may require pre-treatment (priming) to improve adhesion. The volume of cured foam and the trimming time for excess foam depend mainly on working conditions – temperature, air humidity, available expansion space, and others. Full mechanical strength is achieved within 24 hours. The product is manufactured using partly recycled components, which give the foam a characteristic greyish tint. Up to 16% recycled components help reduce the product's carbon footprint. The excellent thermal insulation properties and long-term stability of the applied, cured polyurethane foam help make buildings more energy-efficient, thereby further reducing the carbon footprint. The product does not contain CFC propellants. The canister is equipped with a next-generation valve that promotes a longer shelf life and long-term product quality.
Application areas:

Filling voids

Sealing joints around windows and doors

Filling openings in roof structures and insulation materials

Creating soundproof barriers

Filling gaps at cable or pipe penetration points
