Kattefix Universal Floor and Wall Adhesive 1L

Kattefix is a high-quality, moisture-resistant and thixotropic acrylic adhesive designed for bonding various floor and wall coverings in both dry and wet rooms. This universal adhesive provides a secure bond with a wide range of materials, including linoleum, PVC, vinyl, cork, expanded polystyrene and textile coverings. Thanks to its water-resistant formula, Kattefix is ideally suited for indoor use where moisture exposure is possible, such as in kitchens, hallways or sanitary rooms.

The adhesive stands out for its excellent thixotropy — it does not flow and maintains a consistent texture, allowing precise application on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Kattefix is suitable for use on porous and non-porous substrates, such as concrete, plywood, chipboard and fibreboard. When applied correctly, the adhesive provides a strong, flexible and long-lasting bond between materials. Its off-white colour is practical, as it does not show through the covering material.

During application, the adhesive should be applied with a notched trowel or roller, depending on the surface and material. On porous surfaces, coverage should be completed within 10 minutes, while on dense surfaces it is recommended to allow the adhesive layer to partially dry for 15–30 minutes to achieve maximum bond strength. After work, tools can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. Kattefix is intended for indoor use only and is not frost-resistant, therefore it must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, protected from cold and direct sunlight.

The manufacturer guarantees a high quality level in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards, which confirm both the product's safety and a sustainable manufacturing approach. Kattefix delivers professional results, suitable for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts who want a reliable, easy-to-use and durable adhesive for various floor and wall coverings.
Technical data:

Colour — off-white

Consumption 4–6 m²/l

Drying time 6–12 h at +20°C and 50% relative humidity

Density 1.4 kg/l

Packaging 1 l

Storage temperature from +5°C to +30°C in a tightly sealed original container, protect from sunlight and frost
