The nozzle should be cut so that a sufficient opening for dispensing is formed. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the applicator with sealant by pressing the gun trigger several times. Apply the sealant into the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger while smoothly drawing the applicator along the joint. Remove excess sealant.</p><u>Recommendations:</u><ul><li>Surfaces must be clean, free from contaminants such as polish, dust, grease and old sealants, and ideally dry</li><li>Surfaces may be damp but not wet, and sealant should not be applied during rain</li><li>Painted surfaces must be fully cured and undamaged</li><li>Suitable for sealing many building materials, but a prior compatibility test is recommended</li><li>After the surface has been prepared, apply with a sealant gun, and remove any uncured product with white spirit. Cured sealant must be scraped off.</li><li>Do not use as a glazing sealant, on bitumen surfaces or on building materials that may release oils, plasticizers or solvents (e.g. natural or synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM or flexible PVC)</li><li>Does not bond to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE (Teflon®)</li><li>As a wide variety of substrates is possible, a prior compatibility test is recommended</li></ul>
