Ceresit CN94 Primer Concentrate, Blue, 5 L
<p>Special primer for bonding floor levelling compounds and all types of tile adhesives to critical substrates. Ceresit CN 94 is designed for priming substrates indoors and outdoors prior to applying levelling floor mortars, repair compounds, ceramic and stone tile adhesives. It can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces, both absorbent and non-absorbent, on anhydrite, cement and asphalt mastic screed materials, industrially manufactured screed elements (e.g. gypsum fibre floor panels), concrete including vacuum-treated concrete, painted and unpainted wood-based surfaces (chipboard, OSB panels), levelling floor compounds, existing ceramic and stone tiles, cement, cement-lime and lime plasters, gypsum and aerated concrete substrates.</p><u>Properties:</u><ul><li>For critical substrates</li><li>For absorbent and non-absorbent substrates</li><li>Strong bonding</li><li>Fast drying</li><li>High reinforcement efficiency</li><li>Impregnation effect</li><li>Colour - light blue</li><li>Package volume 5 L</li></ul><u>Application:</u><p>Surfaces to be primed with CN 94 must be dry, load-bearing and free of substances that reduce adhesion (greasy substances, bitumen, dust and others). Any stains and low-strength layers must be removed. This also applies to existing adhesive paints, which must be scraped off and then rinsed away with water.</p><p>Shake the contents of the package several times. For absorbent substrates, dilute the concentrate with water (mix 1 part CN 94 with 3 parts water). On non-absorbent surfaces, wood-based surfaces and asphalt mastic screed materials, apply CN 94 undiluted.</p><p>Apply thin coats of the product. Spread evenly with a brush, avoiding puddles. Depending on the type of substrate, drying time is between 2 and 4 hours. After complete hardening, the surface must be resistant to scratching. Otherwise, the priming procedure must be repeated within 24 hours.</p>
