<p>Glue 88M – universal contact adhesive, designed for bonding rubber, leather, PVC, metal, wood, felt, glass and ceramics. This liquid, light yellow adhesive is resistant to water and atmospheric exposure, as well as to alkaline and acidic environments, and is waterproof.</p>Before bonding:<ul><li>The surface to be bonded must be clean, dry and stable.</li><li>Before bonding, the adhesive must be thoroughly mixed.</li><li>The surface to be bonded must be thoroughly cleaned, sanded if necessary, and degreased with a solvent.</li></ul>Bonding:<p>The adhesive should be applied to the surface in a layer 0.2 – 0.5 mm thick. The thickness of the adhesive layer depends on the evenness of the surface (the smoother the surface, the thinner the adhesive layer required). After applying the adhesive to the surface, wait approximately 10 – 15 minutes until the adhesive is no longer tacky to the touch. Then press the surface to be bonded against the base and hold it pressed for a moment. Maximum adhesion is achieved after 24 hours. To achieve the strongest possible bond, adhesive should be applied to both surfaces. If the material being bonded absorbs the adhesive (fabrics, foam), the adhesive should be applied again to these materials and pressed together immediately, without waiting for the adhesive to become non-tacky. The same method should be used if the adhesive is applied to only one of the surfaces to be bonded.</p>
