Peat Culture Substrate 250L

The culture substrate mix is a ready-made mixture with a fine structure (0 - 5 mm), ideally suited for cuttings, seedlings and other propagation methods.<br>This fine-structured substrate is used in special machines that fill peat trays for seed germination. This substrate mixture is also used in plant transplanting machines.<br>The main component of the substrate is light peat. The culture substrate mix is a substrate with a medium fertilizer content – 1 kg/m³ PG - Mix 14:16:18. In addition to the base fertilizer, a micro fertilizer has also been added to the substrate. Light peat ensures good water absorption and aeration of the substrate. To achieve a better structure, chunk peat is added to the substrate.<br>Limestone flour is used to adjust the substrate's pH level. Culture Substrate Mix 1 has medium acidity – pH (CaCl₂) 5.5 - 6.5.<br>To improve the water absorption capacity of the substrate, a hygroscopic special water-absorption-enhancing chemical compound, Instants -Aqua Flow (wetting agent), has been added to the substrate.<br>The culture substrate mix is suitable for growing the following plant groups and plants: root vegetable and vegetable seedlings, ornamental plant seedlings, sensitive plants (e.g. Saintpaulia, also known as African Violet) and many other plants.
