Polyester Universal Filler 250g

<p>Two-component filler for filling, levelling or covering cracks, defects and unevenness on virtually any surface. Montana universal polyester filler is lightweight, multifunctional and styrene-free. Designed for use on sheet steel, aluminium, polyester and wood. Its high thixotropy allows bonding and filling. It is easy to apply and sand, does not crack or shrink during drying, and can be repainted with any enamel. The product includes a tube of catalyst (to be mixed with the paste at a ratio of 2%) and a spatula.</p>Properties:<ul><li>Styrene-free</li><li>Good adhesion</li><li>Creamy formula</li><li>Easy to sand</li><li>Flexible</li><li>Temperature resistant up to +200&deg;C</li><li>Packaging 250 g</li></ul>Application:<ul><li>Sand and degrease the surface. Apply the filler directly onto the surface. If a primer is applied, use only 2K epoxy primer.</li><li>Mix the filler until both components are fully integrated and the colour is uniform.</li><li>Apply the product with a 100:2 mixture. Avoid excess catalyst. Dry at temperatures above 5&deg;C and relative humidity below 70%.</li><li>If too much catalyst is applied, a "peroxide stain" effect occurs, affecting the colour after finishing. This happens when more than 7% is applied.</li><li>Sand with sandpaper P80 - P150 and then with sandpaper P240. For a finer finish, sand with higher grit sandpaper.</li><li>Before the final finish and sanding with P600/800, it is recommended to apply an isolation primer coat.</li><li>Clean the spatulas before the product cures.</li></ul>
